Chelsea Carlson Music Lessons

The Figgy Puddings​ are a student Christmas caroling group that performs various holiday shows throughout December.  Each year, Chelsea offers the FREE opportunity to participate in the Figgy Puddings.  Participation is open to a select amount of students ages ten or older (you do not have to specifically be a voice student).

The carolers meet for rehearsals throughout November and December to prepare for their performances near the holidays.  Participating students should be comfortable with and somewhat experienced in singing harmonies, as well as possibly creating harmony arrangements or directing choreography for some songs.

The goal of the Figgy Puddings to to allow students to have the experience of performing and cooperating in a group setting, learning how to sing harmonies, and have the opportunity to use music to give back to the community.

Repertoire for the performances will include mainly familiar holiday songs, such as "Jingle Bell Rock," "Frosty the Snowman," and "We Wish You a Merry Christmas."

There are only a limited number of available spots to participate in the Figgy Puddings, as both our rehearsal space and venue spaces cannot accommodate large groups.  Participation is first opened to prior members of the Figgy Puddings, and any remaining spots are filled first-come, first-served following the Fall Concert in October.
